Each class is designed to allow you to work at your own pace. Burn up to 800 calories! Don't forget to bring a towel and water bottle to every class! Class starts promptly; arriving 5-10 min early is recommended.

Just show up, grab a mat, and follow the fitness video on the wall. Exercises will be body weight only - anybody can join! You don't even need to sign up for this class - if you're taking the cycle class right after this, just come early and get your engine moving!
45 minutes of cycling with some bands/weights, followed by 15 min of body resistance on the mat. You will LOVE THIS WORKOUT!!!!
