Each class is designed to allow you to work at your own pace. Burn up to 800 calories! Don't forget to bring a towel and water bottle to every class! Class starts promptly; arriving 5-10 min early is recommended.

All child care staff are pediatric cpr and first aid certified. No food or drink is allowed in the child care room.
