Each class is designed to allow you to work at your own pace. Burn up to 800 calories! Don't forget to bring a towel and water bottle to every class! Class starts promptly; arriving 5-10 min early is recommended.

Circuit 30

Kick a** workout circuit of abs, weights, ropes, etc. You WILL feel this tomorrow!

Ryde/Abs/Ryde 65 minutes

Total body workout for 65 minutes! Ryde with a break or two in the middle of class for some essential core exercises.

Ryde 60

Ryde for 60 minutes!

Ryde Circuit 65

An engaging sweaty ryde with a few circuit exercises added! Total body workout!

First-timer Introductory Class - FREE

Free 30 minute class for newbies only. Come check out the bikes, get set up, and see what we're all about!

Before Class Challenge!

Just show up, grab a mat, and follow the fitness video on the wall. Exercises will be body weight only - anybody can join! You don't even need to sign up for this class - if you're taking the cycle class right after this, just come early and get your engine moving!
