Each class is designed to allow you to work at your own pace. Burn up to 800 calories! Don't forget to bring a towel and water bottle to every class! Class starts promptly; arriving 5-10 min early is recommended.

Kick a** workout circuit of abs, weights, ropes, etc. You WILL feel this tomorrow!

Ryde/Abs/Ryde 75 minutes

Total body workout for 75 minutes! Ryde with a break or two in the middle of class for some essential core exercises.

Ryde for 60 minutes!

Ryde Circuit 65

An engaging sweaty ryde with a few circuit exercises added! Total body workout!
